Unitum Chemicals (Pvt) Ltd, pioneered in manufacturing and distribution of Calcium Carbonate Related products is looking for a dynamic individual as their Assistant Manager Factory Operation to manage day-to-day operations of the factory located in Buttala, Monaragala District.
Role:
- Managing day-to-day factory operations
- Implementation, control and maintenance of quality standards
- R&D and quality control
- Execution of set production plans
- Labour handling
- Factory related procurement and logistics
- Reporting

Factory Administration work
Requirements:
- 3 to 5 years of experience in the field of calcium carbonate, paints and pigments manufacturing industry.
Experience in Research and Development in mineral based products.
Knowledge on Operational management systems, processes and best practice including formulating strategies to improve performances, procuring material needs, resource planning and security compliance.
- Market intelligence to understand competition strategies.
- To command and communicate both Local and English Language.
- With good communication skills, Negotiation, Presentations, Fast Learner.
- Excellent analytical, communication and decision-making skills.
- Excellent Teamwork and leadership skills.
Previous work experience in ISO 9001, 14001, 45001 will be an added advantage.
Preference given to the candidates who close to live in Buttala area.
