Quality Assurance Manager

The position holder will be responsible for establishing quality regulations for products and employees

Our Company, a fully owned subsidiary of U.K. Group of companies with its state-of-the-art modern manufacturing facility in Bandaragama which is a Board of Investment of Sri Lanka approved project. We are having an ISO 13485 and GMP certified company. Our distributes its products over 100 countries worldwide through a network of distributors and its own offices across Europe, the Middle East, India, Far East, USA and Australia.

Eligibility Criteria:

BOUS

Graduate in Science or equal qualification and Masters in Science from recognized University.

  • Minimum 03 yrsexperience in GMP environment with document control, internal auditing and supplier auditingSound technical skills such as planning, organizing, Leadership, Communication, Problem-solving, Teamworking and IT skills.

Minimum 10 years work experience in QA in a manufacturing organization, Preferably in Medical Devices or related.

Strong communication skills and interpersonal skills.

  • Analyze data in order to find areas for growth.

Training, motivating, coaching, and correcting employees to ensure that standards are met.

Create reports to track progress.

Formulate strategies to increase productivity.

Review processes in order to ensure that they align with current trends.

. Determining, negotiating and agreeing on in-house quality procedures, standards and specifications.

. Assessing customer requirements and ensuring that these are met.

Setting customer service standards, specifying quality requirements of raw materials with suppliers Investigating and setting standards for quality and health and safety.

Ensuring that manufacturing processes comply with standards at both national and international level.

. Working with operating staff to establish procedures, standards, systems and procedures.

. Writing management and technical reports and customers' charters.

Determining training needs.

Acting as a catalyst for change and improvement in performance and quality

  • Directing objectives to maximize profitability

Recording, analyzing and distributing statistical information & monitoring performance. Supervising technical or laboratory staff.

Represent Company as the key contact point for ISO quality certification audits.

. Meet quality assurance financial objectives.

Develops quality assurance plans.

Validates quality processes.

Maintains and improves product quality.

Prepare quality documentation and reports.

Updates job knowledge by studying trends in and developments in quality management.
