Executive - Group Quality Assurance
We are looking for a dynamic individual with a passion for pursuing a career in the apparel industry. The ideal candidate should be an energetic, team player with excellent communication, a proactive attitude, and the ability to be self-motivated and work independently to achieve tight deadlines.
Job Role
- Work closely with the Group Head of Quality Assurance to drive the overall Quality Assurance strategy for the group.
- Conduct in-depth statistical analysis by using raw data to make effective decisions.
- Assist the Group Head of Quality Assurance to implement effective SOPs, Manuals and Policies related to Quality Assurance.
- Coordinate with group manufacturing facilities located island wide.
- Collect data and other necessary information to prepare comprehensive reports.
- Collaborate with different teams and create a platform to record quality control initiatives, and process optimization efforts.
- Stay informed about changes in relevant regulations and standards of the brands/buyers. Frequent factory visits to monitor and evaluate the group quality assurance initiatives.
Individual Profile
- Degree/Diploma or equivalent qualification in Statistics, Data analysis, Manufacturing or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar capacity.
- Strong analytical skills and presentation skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
