QUALIFICATIONS
G.C.E Advanced Level
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office
- Should be between 20-30 years
- Excellent team player
- Certificate or Diploma in Travel & Tourism will be a plus
- Work experience is an added advantage
- Ability to work from home
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Design and customize travel itineraries
- Interact with clients and travel agents
- Coordinate logistics transportation, accommodation, and activities
- Resolve any issues or concerns during the tour
- Ensure customer satisfaction
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge about destinations and attractions
- Build-up excellent rapport with hoteliers and other service providers
