We are seeking an ambitious and astute professional with a proven track record and currently handling the undernoted functions in a group of companies.

Accountant
Key Responsibilities
- Supervising and monitoring all general ledger transactions for the company
- Conducting detailed reconciliations of balance sheet accounts
- Performing monthly reconciliation of inter-company balances to ensure consistency and accuracy across all entities within the group
- Ensuring timely issuance and accurate recording of Debit Notes by company policies and procedures Leading the preparation and finalization of month-end management accounts
- Conducting regular cash flow forecasting and analysis to identify potential risks and opportunities
- Monitoring budget performance and variance analysis, providing recommendations for corrective actions where necessary
- Coordinating and facilitating annual audits
- Stay updated on changes in tax laws and regulations and implement necessary adjustments to ensure compliance
- Representing the company in dealings with tax authorities, including the Inland Revenue Department (IRD), and address any tax-related queries or issues
Key Requirements
- Degree in Accountancy/Financial Mathematics/Business Administration
- Postgraduate Qualification will be an added advantage
- Minimum 5 years of working experience in similar capacity
- Professional qualifications such as CIMA, CA, CMA, and ACCA will be an added advantage
