Outsourcing Manager
Responsibilities:
- Be responsible for national outsourcing strategy and ensure that the outsourcing strategy be proceeded in projects.
- Seeking local subcontractors and is responsible for the
- Pre-qualification
- Involve in outsourcing certification, procurement, execution in project.
- Responsible for organizing the subcontractor performance evaluation, and resource management.
- Be responsible for coordinating with the projects, finance and other related business department.
- Daily communication, problem solving and maintaining relationship with the subcontractors.
Qualifications
- Bachelor Degree preferably in Telecommunication, Business Management or equivalent from a recognized University.
- More than 3 years experiences in Outsourcing projects.
- Be honesty and self-discipline, has the high sense of responsibility
- Good team player with excellent communication & presentation skills.
- Be familiar with the project management.
- Requires proactive interpersonal skills Innovative and Active.
- Good self-study competence, rapid new knowledge understanding and mastery.
- Must be a self-starter & have excellent time management skills with the ability to balance priorities and work well under schedule pressures.
- Strong leadership skills.
- Good written and verbal communication skills. Strong attention to details and technicalities.
- Excellent organizational and technical skillsGood interpersonal and multi-tasking skills.
