REQUIREMENTS

- Good command in EnglishG.C.E A/L.
- Minimum of 18 months of hospitality experience is an added advantage.
Ability to pay attention to details and maintain accurate records.
- Hospitality sector knowledge, including familiarity with industry trends, is a plus.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Enter and book room reservations in the PMS.
Update reservation details to ensure flawless check-in and check-out processes.
- Ensure revenue is maximized by up-selling guest rooms and recommending hotel features.
- Answer telephone/ WhatsApp and email inquiries in a timely manner.
