We are an established firm of Consultants and having a growing Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) division which offers Accounting, Finance and Admin and Strata management services to clients overseas

We have the following immediate vacancies:

1 - Strata Managers - Australian Back office. (Work from Home)

Location / type

Primary objective:

Work from home / Full time / 5.30am to 2.00 pm SL time / Australian Calendar

To effectively manage and provide services to the designated Owners Corporations/Condominium Properties in Australia

Role definition:

You will be engaged on behalf of the Company to manage a portfolio of owners' corporations / condominiums in Australia to carry out duties under limited supervision and are responsible and accountable for your work under the broad scrutiny and direction of the Management

Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Manage the portfolio of owners' corporations on a day-to-day basis.
  • Attend online meetings and take minutes as required.
  • Complete Condominium Management documentation as required.
  • Implement customer service strategies.
  • Collect and process property information and reports as requested by management

Prepare documentation for General Meetings and Committee Meetings including preparing and reviewing financial reports.

  • Lodge insurance claims via brokers and where applicable, directly with the Insurer.
  • Obtain quotes, issue work orders and arrange for maintenance and repairs of properties and facilities.
  • Be active in promoting and developing the business of the Company.
  • Support the company in delivering exceptional outcomes for clients.

Work Experience & Skills:

Proven success in customer service and issues resolution. Sound IT skills

Prior experience in dealing with foreign clients/customers. Exceptional customer service and communication skills

Excellent time management and problem-solving skills

Enthusiasm and self-motivation with a desire to succeed within the strata management sector Enthusiasm and self-motivation with a desire to succeed within the strata management sector.

Intermediate to advanced skill with Microsoft Office software

2. Secretary to Director

Should have at least 2 years' experience working in a computerised environment and have a good knowledge of office 365, have strong organisational skills and very good knowledge of English, be reliable, honest, adoptable, and flexible while being a good and willing learner. Experience in HR would be advantageous.

Monday to Friday regular working hours at office

Candidates with similar experience and living within 15 Kilometers radius from Colombo will be given preference.
