Senior Production Executive/Production Executive
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Production Executives to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for achieves the production targets at minimum costs of manufacture to the desired quality standards while maintaining Safety, Housekeeping, Equipment upkeep, Industrial relations and the documentation standards. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the growth and success of our esteemed company. Candidate Profile:
- Age below 40 years (Male Candidates)
- Candidates are residing in Gampaha or suburbs are preferred
- Working Locations:
- Gampaha Kirindiwita
Job description:
- Controls the implementation of plans to ensure that the production targets are achieved and coordinated

in compliance to the quality standards given and meets the delivery schedules on time.
- Delegates tasks to Production Manager/HODS as per the production plan and ensures proper co-ordination between
- various other involved Departments.
- Analyses Product operation system and Production reports to determine the production problems and give solutions to remedy the problems.
- Leads the employees to carry out overall plan of management successfully.
- Creates interest in the job for employees all the time.
- Maintains discipline on the Production floor.
- Prevents accidents by ensuring that every operation is being carried out safely.
- Collects information and takes necessary action on Quality rejects.
- Handles grievances arising out of conflicts or inform superiors concerned, if cannot be solved at supervisory level.
- Supervises the Factory housekeeping and safety standards are met.
- Performs any other duties entrusted by the Superior officers concerned.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 year of experience in the FMCG manufacturing industry.
- Bachelor's degree / NDT/HND or professional qualification from a recognized university.
- Business understanding in importance of productivity cost efficiency and Product Quality.
- Operational organizing skills, Leadership skills, communication skills, decision taking and Problem-Solving skills.
