Our Opportunity
We are looking for a Senior Executive or Executive - Production to join our team. We are a leading Manufacturer and an exporter of Coconut kernel-based food products in Sri Lanka with modern processing facilities that conform to International Standards. All the products are manufactured under the most strictly supervised hygienic conditions and in a production facilities and processes are BRC, ISO 22000, ORGANIC, KOSHER Certified and our esteemed product range ensures to meet the quality requirements of the global market.
Job Description:
- Position: Senior Executive or Executive - Production
- Location: Makandura, Pannala
- Experience: Minimum 3 Years
- Industry: Coconut related product manufacturing
- Job type: Full-Time
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Ensure production plan of the shift is fully achieved.
- Efficient deployment of factory floor employees.
- Ensure unloading of coconuts, processing and dispatching of processed kernel is carried out as per set SOPs. Coordinate shift changing process and ensure smooth hand over take over.
- Ensure continuous functioning of coconut processing machinery / conveyers.
- Drive continuous improvement through initiatives.
- Continuous employee training for higher productivity levels / efficiency.
- Drive manufacture excellence.
Required Skills:
- Prior experience in a food/ coconut processing plant will be an added advantage.
- Sound knowledge of food manufacturing process monitoring/ HACCP/quality monitoring schemes. Knowledge of manufacturing machine maintenance and troubleshooting.
- ISO 22000 certification process and documentation requirements.
- Hands-on experience in MS office package.
Required Qualification: - Graduate / Higher Diploma holder related to food processing Engineering.
