Biz Advisor is an emerging business consultancy firm providing Business Support Services in the fields of Business Registration, Accounting, Taxation, Payroll, Marketing and IT. We are looking for a smart, dynamic and self-motivated individual to join our team as a Manager - Sales and Marketing (Remote).
Responsibilities
Provide leadership and guidance to the sales and marketing team.
Develop and manage the sales and marketing budget, allocating resources effectively.
- Developing and monitoring sales and marketing strategies to improve sales conversions.
Gathering client feedback to make service improvements and enhance client satisfaction.
Managing and monitoring sales inquiries for professional services.
Generate reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess sales progress.
Requirements
- Age 23 to 35 years.
Minimum 5 years experience in the field of service sales and marketing.
Sound writing, negotiation, and speaking skills in English and Sinhala.
Good computer literacy to use MS Office Package, Emails, and Internet.
Ability to work independently with minimum supervision.
Full or part qualification in sales or marketing will be an added advantage. Knowledge of business markets and industries will be an added advantage.
Other Information
- The position offers flexible working hours and the option to work from homeAttendance at management meetings is required as needed.
- Office Location Maharagama.
Candidates must have access to computer and internet facilities if working remotely.
A suitable candidate will be offered with an attractive remuneration package including a commission based on his/her qualifications and experience.
