Senior Executive (Operations - Business Acquisition)
Roles and Responsibilities
Handle daily volumes of new business, requirements received for pending proposals
Make underwriting decision based on the given authority limits.
Handle the corresponding with Re-insurers in obtaining their decisions on proposed insurance covers
Analyze performance gaps, hindrances in processes and find solutions
Candidates are required to have
A Degree or Diploma related to Insurance
Minimum 4 years' experience in Life Insurance Underwriting
Excellent communication skills in both English and Sinhala Languages
Ability to work with MS Office package
