We are recruiting for Executive - Planning for Stretchline Sri Lanka to join Stretchline Holdings Ltd, the world's largest supplier of narrow elasticated fabrics, covered yarns, dyed yarns, and textile innovations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with customers via meetings or web portals to address order progression or pushback requests, ensuring alignment with delivery requirements and organizational budgetary constraints

• Ensure timely and accurate order confirmation within 48 hours, adhering to the "first time right" principle and notify merchants of changes in delivery dates through Delivery Authorization and update systems promptly to maintain data accuracy.

Implement waste reduction and recycling initiatives for general waste, including paper and elastic materials, to prevent pollution and comply with applicable legal and environmental requirements.

Responsible for monitoring and managing finished goods and greige right-offs on a weekly basis to ensure product quality and minimize waste.

  • Should conduct monthly audits to assess compliance with quality, environmental, health, and safety standards.

Collaborate with Customer Relationship Executives (CRE) to facilitate greige booking and take necessary actions within specified timelines, ensuring seamless supply chain operations.

Should conduct weekly reviews to assess progress, address issues, and optimize supply chain efficiency.

Qualifications and Experience:

A Degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Mathematics, Statistics or similar from a reputed University

Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a similar capacity

Proven experience in production planning, customer relationship management, and quality assurance.

Knowledge of ISO standards, environmental regulations, and health and safety practices.

Good analytical skills

  • Sound knowledge in Microsoft Excel/Power BI

Familiarity with supply chain management principles and ERP systems.
