JOB DESCRIPTION

We are seeking motivated and experienced candidates who are passionate about having a career growth in Talent Acquisition and HR related areas. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and recruiting top-tier executive talent for our clients who are from Top MNC & BLUE CHIPS Conglomerate both locally and internationally.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree or Diploma in HR/Marketing, psychology or other
  • 3-6 years of proven experience TA/ Human Resource/client handling/customer handling/secretarial/business coordination/ legal practices/ qualitative research/ business sense
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
  • A proactive and results-oriented approach to work assigned
  • High level of professionalism and confidentiality
  • Have a network of 350 - 500 LinkedIn connections
