We are recruiting for Senior Executive - Employer Branding & Talent Attraction for Stretchline Sri Lanka to join Stretchline Holdings Ltd, the world's largest supplier of narrow elasticated fabrics, covered yarns, dyed yarns, and textile innovations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsible to assist in partnering with the senior leadership and hiring managers to understand talent needs and develop comprehensive recruitment plans.
  • Responsible for the end-to-end executive search process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and presenting qualified candidates to hiring managers.
  • Should utilize a variety of recruitment methods, including networking, executive search firms, and online platforms, Educational Institutions to identify and attract top-tier talent.
  • Should utilize & maintain data & analytics to track recruitment metrics, assess the effectiveness of recruitment strategies, and identify areas for improvement.
  • Represent the organization at industry events, career fairs and networking forums to promote employer brand and attract top talent.
  • Oversee the completion of all necessary employee documentation, including contracts, confidentiality agreements and compliance forms.
  • Responsible for coordination of the end-to-end onboarding process & ensure that the new hire is familiarized to the organization.
  • Prepare & maintain personal files of the Executive and above cadre.
  • Identify areas for improvement and implement enhancements to streamline workflows, improve efficiency, and enhance the new hire experience.
  • Responsible to assist in the initiatives formed to position the organization as an employer of choice, attracting potential talent through the diverse strategies whilst also enabling the retention of employees at all levels.

Qualifications and Experience:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional qualification in HR or similar from a reputed University/Institute. Minimum 3-4 years of experience in a similar role.

Strong project management and organizational skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
