What you need to do

  • Set up relevant processes and be responsible for governance related to compensation and benefits within the company.
  • Implement and follow up on required boarding audits with HR partners, CHRMS, outlet managers and external parties at the agreed frequencies.
  • Maintain the boarding database, consolidate monthly boarding payments and provide feedback to the management as required.

Carry out periodic analysis of utility bills and other cost line items and suggest improvements.

What we are looking for

  • Should possess a Degree in Business Management/Finance or a Professional Qualification from a recognized university/institute.
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in HR operations, specifically in employee benefits, would be an added advantage.
  • A self-motivated individual with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.

Centrally evaluate options of boardings available for Keells employees.

Prepare presentations and reports on boarding audits, financials, damages, repairs, legal status, areas for improvement, benefit survey results and actions and present them to the senior management whenever required.

Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to identify the gaps in the benefits given and provide solutions.

Maintain relationships with landlords on matters escalated to the relevant HR department.

Liaise with the legal department for boarding renewals and new boarding agreements.
