HEAD OF SALES
Oversee sales & marketing activities to achieve corporate revenue goals
Design and initiate strategies for sales growth
Build & maintain strong relationships with key clients, retailers, distributors to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
Conduct market analysis, identify new opportunities, market trends and potential threats
Develop sales forecasts and budgets in collaboration with the finance department
Establish KPIs for the sales team and conduct regular performance evaluations
