HEAD OF SALES

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Oversee sales & marketing activities to achieve corporate revenue goals

  • Design and initiate strategies for sales growth

  • Build & maintain strong relationships with key clients, retailers, distributors to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty

  • Conduct market analysis, identify new opportunities, market trends and potential threats

  • Develop sales forecasts and budgets in collaboration with the finance department

  • Establish KPIs for the sales team and conduct regular performance evaluations

CANDIDATE PROFILE

  • Bachelor's degree in business management, marketing or related field, MBA Preferred

  • Expertise in sales techniques, strategies & best practices

  • Ability to motivate and lead employees, and inspire sales team to achieve targets

  • Proven success in sales leadership roles in apparel/ retail industry

  • Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office suite

  • Strong decision-making ability and negotiation skills
