Integrated Development Consultants (IDC), a leading consultancy company based in Colombo, will entertain applications from suitably qualified persons for the undermentioned posts, for designing and construction supervision in some upcoming building projects on several island-wide locations.

Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's degree (Architect)/ Civil Engineering) with charter Minimum 20 years' experience in building projects
Should have experience of at least one pre-procurement project and
Should have 10 years' experience as Team Leader of at least one Construction Supervision project
Bachelor's degree (Civil Engineering) with charter
Design experience in at least one project of refurbishment of buildings
Minimum 15 years' experience in building projects Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Quantity Surveying Experience in building refurbishment projects
Minimum 15 years' experience in building projects including procurement
Bachelor's degree (Quantity Surveying) with charter Experience in building refurbishment projects Minimum 15 years' experience in building projects Bachelor's degree (Civil Engineering) with charter
Experience in designs of buildings including refurbishment works Minimum 10 years' experience in building projects
Bachelor's degree (Civil/Mechanical/Electrical Engineering) with charter
Extensive experience in services in building refurbishment projects Minimum 10 years' experience
A bachelor's or master's degree in environmental science, environmental engineering, ecology, biology, or a related field Minimum of 12 years of relevant experience in environmental consulting or regulatory compliance
Familiarity with World Bank requirements and guidelines Bachelor's degree (Civil Engineering) with charter
Experience in at least one building refurbishment project Minimum 15 years' experience
Bachelor's degree (Civil Engineering) with charter
Minimum of 8 years' experience
Bachelor's degree (Quantity Surveying) with charter
Experience in at least one building construction project
Minimum of 10 years relevant experience
