SITE ENGINEER / CIVIL ENGINEER (Residential Project)
- Experience since qualification minimum 5 years in residential or building construction.
- Site experience is essential to the role, and management experience will be a plus point.
- Bachelor's Degree or Higher National Diploma in civil engineering / construction management. (BSc., NDT, HND, NDES, City & Guilds)
- Sound Knowledge about materials, construction sequence, building codes and standards.
- Must possess a commanding personality with an eye for accuracy.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Good command of English.
- Liaise with clients and contractors to resolve construction and design related issues at site.
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to make decisions under pressure.
- Proficiency in construction scheduling, workflows, and quality control/quality assurance.
ASSISTANT CIVIL ENGINEER / TECHNICAL OFFICER (Male)
Requirements:
- Higher National Diploma or Diploma in civil engineering / quantity surveying. (NDT, HND, NDES, NCT, City & Guilds)
- Preparing BOQ and BOM is must.
- Knowledge about BSR, and building codes and standards.
- Must possess a commanding personality with an eye for accuracy.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Good command of English.
- Liaise with clients and contractors to resolve construction and design related issues at site.
- Experience since qualification minimum 3 years in drafting and procedures. Site experience is essential to the role.
- Perform design changes and improvements according to changing project demands, and use latest software (Tekla structures 2D & 3D detailing) and technologies to develop effective designs.
CIVIL ENGINEER TRAINEE (Male)
Requirements:
- Diploma or degree in Civil Engineering.
- Knowledge about building codes and standards.
- Proficiency with productivity software including MS Word and Excel.
- Must possess a commanding personality with an eye for accuracy.
- Ability to create a respectful and collaborative work environment within the team.
- Able to train at least 6 months with company.
QS TRAINEE (Female)
Requirements:
- Diploma or degree in Quantity Surveying.
- Knowledge about building codes, BSR, BOQ, BOM and standards.
- Proficiency with productivity software including MS Word and Excel.
- Must possess a commanding personality with an eye for accuracy.
- Ability to create a respectful and collaborative work environment within the team.
- Able to train at least 6 months with company.
