EXECUTIVE - CUSTOMER SERVICE - COLOMBO
Key Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree approved by UGC or Equivalent professional qualification in marketing.
- Excellent command of the English language (written and oral).
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role.
- Proficient in MS office packages.
- Excellent negotiation skills.
- Ability to perform independently & under pressure.
Prior Experience in the shipping industry will be an added advantage.
