VACANCY - Executive Secretary- PART TIME
Zentech Global is a BPO service provider who works with partners that provide different IT enabled services globally. Today, we serve a few global partners across the world helping them make significant savings on technical and traditional infrastructure costs improving their profitability. We help our clients to focus on their core business and be far more lean, innovative and competitive in their respective industry sectors. We are currently looking for a qualified Executive Secretary to work with Senior managers/CEO/Director of our clients on part-time basis.
Maintain executive's agenda and assist in planning appointments, board meetings, conferences etc. Attend meetings and keep minutes
Receive and screen phone calls and redirect them when appropriate
Handle and prioritize all outgoing or incoming correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.)
Make travel arrangements for executives
Handle confidential documents ensuring they remain secure
Prepare invoices or financial statements and provide assistance in bookkeeping
Monitor office supplies and negotiate terms with suppliers to ensure the most cost-effective orders Maintain electronic and paper records ensuring information is organized and easily accessible
Conduct research and prepare presentations or reports as assigned.
Attend to personal matters as and when required
Bachelor's degree in business administration is a must
Proficient in MS Office and Ms Teams, Zoom, Google Meets, Google drive, email software, and other business software
Outstanding communication and negotiation abilities
Integrity and confidentiality
Able to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing
Ability to prioritize and manage time efficiently
Multi-tasking and with high prioritization abilities
Have a self-starter mentality and able to work in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment Excellent written and spoken skills in English is essential
