ASSISTANT MANAGER - CATERING SALES

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Attend to all sales enquiries and new sales leads through telephone, e-mails

  • Build good rapport with potential and existing clients for sustainable business relationships

  • Communicate logistics with clients to assist them in event planning, selecting menus

  • Prepare and timely submit sales proposals, contracts and event orders

  • Coordinate closely with operations and productions team to facilitate and plan outdoor catering events

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Minimum 2-years of experience in a similar capacity

  • Extensive food and beverage knowledge will be an added advantage

  • Excellent time management skills

  • Outgoing personality with strong interpersonal and social abilities Age below 35
