ASSISTANT MANAGER - CATERING SALES
RESPONSIBILITIES
Attend to all sales enquiries and new sales leads through telephone, e-mails
Build good rapport with potential and existing clients for sustainable business relationships
Communicate logistics with clients to assist them in event planning, selecting menus
Prepare and timely submit sales proposals, contracts and event orders
Coordinate closely with operations and productions team to facilitate and plan outdoor catering events
REQUIREMENTS:
Minimum 2-years of experience in a similar capacity
Extensive food and beverage knowledge will be an added advantage
Excellent time management skills
Outgoing personality with strong interpersonal and social abilities Age below 35
