JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Branch Manager/ Assistant Branch Manager/ Operations Executive

The New Pharmacy Holdings (Pvt) Ltd., is a fast-growing healthcare establishment equipped with an affiliated chain of Pharmacies, wholesale and distribution of Pharmaceutical Products, Chain of Laboratories, Sophisticated Hospital, Nurses' training school and export of organic products, is looking for dedicated dynamic individuals who are capable of working in a challenging environment as a Branch Manager/ Assistant Branch Manager/Operations Executive.

Job Profile:

  • Branch Manager/ Assistant Branch Manager/ Operations Executive is assigned with related work performed in branches, achieving monthly sales targets and to supervise all areas of operations. In this position you will focus on fostering a positive work environment and responsible for ensuring the excellence in customer satisfaction while protecting the reputation of the company thereby supervising and encouraging professionalism, productivity, performance, efficiency of all staff.

Main duties and responsibilities include:

  • Fully Accountable for the overall Branch operation. Responsible to Oversee, coordinate all operations of the branch and evaluate employee performance, provide feedback and coaching as and when needed.
  • Forecast, create and plan strategies that are built to fit future needs and staff sales targets. Conduct inspections for ensuring the conducive work environment and cleanliness of the Branch.
  • Compare performance with year-on-year progress, Conduct Employee Evaluations with HRBP's and implement future targets with operational staff. Presenting Progress at the Progress Review Meetings.
  • Share knowledge with other branches and headquarters on effective best practices, competitive intelligence, business opportunities and needs.
  • Adhere to high ethical standards, comply with all regulations, control telephone calls and records.
  • Maintain a high level of employee moral by various means and offering incentives to achieve sales targets.
  • Coordinate with other branches to ensure the cross functioning of activities and customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Driving vision and change.
  • 3-5 years' experience as an Assistant Branch Manager / Executive or Supervisor.
  • MBA MPharm or BPharm/Degree / Diploma in Marketing, Business Administration or Membership of a Professional Institute and Exposure to Healthcare Industry/SLMC Registered Pharmacist would be a definite advantage.
