We, OKI International School was established 25 years ago in 1998 aiming to provide high quality International education, expanding the Network into seven branches accommodating more than 5000 students and 500 staff. OKI is also a proud member of the Association of The International Schools in Sri Lanka (TISSL). Now, as we embark on the next chapter of our journey, we are on the lookout for a dynamic and skilled HR Manager to join our team. This individual will play a crucial role in enhancing our recruitment and HR development processes.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor's Degree in HRM or Business Administration
  • Professional qualification in HRM
  • Age between 35 - 50 years
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in an education-related service organization
  • Experience specifically in talent acquisition will be an added advantage
