Female Bookkeeper European Seafood Restaurant - Negombo
Duties - Negombo based on-site Role
Minimum 2 years experience in a similar role
Female preferred
Fluent in English & Sinhala
Use XERO accounting platform which syncs with our till system and provides monthly spending report
Good attitude to work, highly organised and tidy
Able to work Tuesday to Saturday 9 - 5 on site in an unconventional busy and friendly environment
Input stock on system & manage a small store room
Update recipe quantities on instruction Update food & drink costs
Update recipe costings when required for current and new dishes Inventory log management of all restaurant items
Manage cash flow and daily spend cash and provide float daily
Sign off cash and bills for in house purchasing team
Keep track of all receipts and upload Produce a weekly accounts sheet Monitor staff holiday, absence and leave on excel spreadsheets
Main Responsibilities include: Small Store room management
Data entry
Bank Reconciliation
Monthly reports
Logging staff attendance
