Join Our Team as Head of Front Office & Sales

We are seeking an energetic, experienced front office professional with a proven track record of curating guest experiences and a strong ability to promote and improve room revenue. While leading and giving direction to our Front Office team at the Hotel, he or she will operate actively in the MICE market to provide corporates, individuals and NGOs, unique venues and customized services, thereby opening new avenues of revenue.

The person we have in mind should be a qualified, result oriented individual, with a strong hands-on knowledge and skillset to make social media and web-based business a major contributor to hotel revenue.

He or she will be required to travel out of station, to Colombo and other locations to secure new accounts and convert inquiries into revenues.
