Personal Assistant to the Directors

We are seeking an experienced and efficient Personal Assistant to provide administrative support to the Executive Directors and COO of Medihelp Hospitals group. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, a proactive attitude, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage calendars and schedule appointments.
  • Coordinate meetings, prepare necessary materials, and prepare minutes. Follow up on action items from meetings.
  • Maintain documents and records in an organized manner.
  • Draft letters, documents, and reports as needed.
  • Screen and prioritize incoming communications.
  • Assist with special projects and initiatives as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or similar role.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion. Bachelor's degree preferred.
