  • We are looking for a Personal Secretary to MD-CEO cum Administration Executive to assist our directors to support high-ranking officials in our company. You will be the one to organize and maintain the Director's schedule and assist them by performing a variety of administrative tasks.
  • Executive secretaries must be quick professionals with great time management and multitasking abilities. It is with their diligence and competence in their work that executives can focus on their managerial responsibilities without worrying about other tasks. The goal is to contribute to the efficiency of the overall business by ensuring all assigned administrative duties are carried out timely and efficiently.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain the director's agenda and assist in planning appointments, board meetings, conferences, etc.
  • Attend meetings, prepare minutes, and circulate them promptly Receive and screen phone calls and redirect them when appropriate, Handle and prioritize all outgoing or incoming correspondence (e-mail, letters, memos, etc.)
  • Make travel arrangements and other necessary arrangement during overseas visits
  • Handle confidential documents ensuring they remain secure and working closely with the HR team for correspondence
  • Prepare invoices or financial statements and assist in bookkeeping related to CEO's expenses
  • Assisting the Management in Business Development Tasks. This includes communication with different sectors, doing research, and preparing reports on various market segments for decision-making. Conduct research and prepare presentations or reports as assigned Maintain electronic and paper records ensuring information is organized and easily accessible

Requirements and skills

  • Proven experience as executive secretary or similar administrative role Looking for a Young and dynamic personality with 3-5 years of secretarial experience. Female of age less than 30 preferred In-depth knowledge of office management and basic accounting procedures as well as technical vocabulary of relevant industry Familiarity with basic research methods and reporting techniques Excellent organizational and time-management skills Outstanding communication and negotiation abilities Integrity and confidentiality
  • Degree in business administration or relative field Experience in stock marketing is an added advantage.

Working Time

05:00 AM to 01:30 PM on weekdays
