Seeking an experienced and motivated Marketing Professional with a strong track record in App Management to develop and enrich the Hutch Mobile app.
Specialist - Mobile App Management
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement mobile application strategies that align with the company's overall goals and objectives.
- Lead a team of mobile developers, designers, and product managers to deliver high-quality mobile application.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, design, and engineering, to gather and define new features and prioritize implementation.
- Manage the entire mobile app lifecycle, from concept to delivery and post-launch support.
- Monitor app performance and user feedback to continuously improve the user experience.
- Stay up to date with the latest mobile app trends and technologies and implement useful learning.
- Work closely with stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
- Manage and maintain content within the mobile app content management portal, ensuring accuracy, relevance, and timeliness.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for growth.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or marketing.
- Previous experience in mobile app or e-commerce platform development/management would be an added advantage.
- Strong communication skills with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Ability to write SQL queries to extract and manipulate data.
- Expert in MsOffice packages.
