SENIOR EXECUTIVE
SALES SUPPORT & OPERATIONS
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Daily tracking of pending transshipment sea-export (FCL/LCL) shipments
- Tracking & tracing of containers and BL from carriers' web tracking
- Coordinate with shippers and shipping lines
- Handle SI (HBL/MBL), proof BL copies, BLS, OBLs/seaways upon shippers' confirmation Handle liner payments & customer invoicing
- Creating jobs, updating MBL/HBL, receiving EDOS from the carrier
CANDIDATE PROFILE
- Degree/ Professional qualification in sales
- Minimum 2 years experience in freight forwarding or shipping sales experience
- Good Presentation & negotiation skills
- Excellent command of English & Sinhala language, both verbal and written
- Strong understanding of logistics operations, freight industry, products, and services
- Proficiency in MS Applications
