Aimpos is a well-known UK company that provides EPOS solutions. We are hiring enthusiastic and driven individuals to join our support office in Colombo 6. Providing support to UK clients during UK business hours is our top priority.
Junior IT Support Executive (Male)
- Great for starters or recent graduates.
- Collaborate with Team Leaders to swiftly resolve customer queries and enhance customer satisfaction.
Senior IT Support Executive (Male)
- Degree in IT field and minimum 2 years of experience in IT field.
- Assisting customers online through the POS software system and maintaining good client relationships.
- Expertise in computer hardware, software, network troubleshooting, and program issues. Learning and unconventional ideas are encouraged.
- Teamwork required.
Requirements:
- Good communication skills in English and Tamil will be an added advantage.
- Computer proficiency is compulsory (ability to work with MS Word, Excel, and troubleshoot).
- Should be flexible with working hours including night shifts.
