We are seeking a talented Assistant Manager - Human Resources to join our team and contribute to our continued growth and success. As a leader in HR, you will play a key role in managing HR strategy, employee welfare, help high-performance teams, drive HR programs and initiatives to achieve corporate goals.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:

Identifying relevant recruitment sources and fulfill on-time cadre requirements Conducting employee orientation and facilitating newcomer's joining formalities,

Assisting in setting objectives/KPIs for new positions

Coordinate with the management and departmental heads on KPI reviews and ensure evaluations complete on time and maintain statistics.

Assisting in conducting performance evaluations and maintain documentation

  • Reviewing job descriptions for all positions at regular intervals and updating them in consultation with respective managers
  • Reviewing HR policies in a timely manner and update
  • Assisting Managers to identify training needs through Training Need Analysis
  • Preparing training calendar, follow up on Training plan and conduct Training evaluation
  • Assisting and resolving employee grievances and trace by coordinate with necessary channels

Engaging with employees on a regular basis to understand the motivation levels of people in the organization

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE SHOULD BE :

Degree / Diploma (PQHRM or HR Qualification) in relevant field

  • 04-06 years of experience in a similar capacity.
  • Excellent communication skills in both English & Sinhala.
  • Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality.
  • Ability to manage the work under pressure.
