HRIS DATA ADMINISTRATOR

Are you an exceptional number cruncher? Good at managing company data with due diligence and confidentiality?

The Galle Face Hotel is looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented HRIS Data Administrator to join our team and take charge of managing data within our Human Resources Information System (HRIS), specifically H-Senid.

Responsibilities:

  • 1) Data Entry and Maintenance
    • Accurately enter and update employee data within the HRIS (H-Senid HRIS), ensuring data integrity and completeness
    • Regularly review and audit data to identify and correct discrepancies, inconsistencies, or errors.
  • 2) System Configuration

Collaborate with IT and HR teams to configure and customize the HRIS system to meet organizational needs.

  • Ensure the proper setup of data fields, workflows, and permissions within H-Senid HRIS
  • 3) Data Security and Confidentiality
  • Implement and maintain data security measures to safeguard sensitive HR information
  • Adhere to privacy regulations and best practices to protect employee confidentiality
  • 4) Reporting and Analysis
  • Generate and deliver regular and ad-hoc reports from the HRIS to support HR and management decision making.
  • Analyze data trends and provide insights to improve HR processes and data accuracy

4) User Support and Training

Assist HR professionals and system users with troubleshooting, problem resolution, and system-related inquiries.

  • Conduct training sessions for new users and refresher sessions for existing users to enhance system utilization

5) Collaboration and Communication

Work closely with HR, IT, and other relevant departments to ensure seamless integration and functionality of H-Senid HRIS System. Communicate effectively with stakeholders to gather requirements and address system-related concerns.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Data Administrator or similar role, preferably within an HRIS environment.
  • Strong understanding of HR processes and data management principles
  • Proficiency in using HRIS tools, with specific experience in H-Senid HRIS systems will be a significant advantage
  • Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage sensitive information
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of data protection and privacy regulations
  • Experience in configuring and customizing HRIS systems.

Familiarity with reporting tools and data visualization techniques
