Smart Quest JUNIOR EXECUTIVE/ EXECUTIVE-(EXPORT DOCUMENTATION)
Our client is a diversified group of companies mainly engaged in establishing, managing and marketing of sustainable commercial forestry investments, Exporting Fresh food items etc. with world class quality standards in Sri Lanka.
The Group is looking for dynamic individuals who have the ability and skills to be part of one of their Subsidiary companies in Maharagama.
Responsibilities
Prepare and manage all necessary documentation for outbound shipments via sea freight, ensuring compliance with international trade regulations and standards.
- Liaise with customs officials to ensure smooth clearance of shipments at ports of origin and destination.
- Coordinate with shipping lines, freight forwarders, and carriers to arrange transportation of goods.
- Ensure compliance with export regulations, including documentation requirements, export controls, and trade sanctions.
- Organize and archive documentation in accordance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
Fully or partly qualified in Supply Chain Management/ Logistics diploma.
- Minimum 02 years of experience in the relevant field of similar position and experience in Sea Freight Export procedure will be considered as added advantage.
- Possess through working knowledge of MS Office package (Specially MS Excel)
- Have strong interpersonal and communication skills to maintain a better relationship with Airlines and Freight forwarders.
Experience in working SAP Operating System will be an added advantage.
Age below 30 years.
- Preferred only Male candidates.
- Candidates who are residing in and around Maharagama will be given priority.
