We are seeking a highly motivated and energetic individual to join us as a Executive Customer Service & Documentation

Responsibilities:

  • Monitoring and scheduling all inbound & outbound cargo movement with the local shipping agent and overseas network Agents.
  • Timely execution of Pre-Alert, EDI Manifesting, Manuel Manifesting & billings.
  • Coordinating with local shipping lines / Air Lines and ensuring to delivery of final documents / Delivery Orders to the ultimate consignee on time.

Candidate Profile:

  • Minimum 1 Year Experience in Shipping and Freight Forwarding Industry in a similar capacity.
  • Excellent Communication Skill in both Sinhala & English.
  • Strong interpersonal skill and ability to work independently with minimum supervision.
  • Ability to work with computerized background and good team player with a positive attitude.
  • A professional qualification would be added advantage.
