Stores Assistant
Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate efficient and accurate processing of online orders.
- Create, analyze, and distribute daily and weekly reports, monitoring open and in-fulfillment orders.
- Apply creative thinking to manage difficult situations and arrive at solutions.
- Analyze and identify gaps between customer behavior to propose new developments.
- Monitor and maintain quality standards.
- Assist in other administrative duties within the department.
- Monitor and execute Retail Supermarket operations.
Profile:
- Minimum GCE A/L Qualification.
- Having a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role would be an added advantage.
- Ability to work under pressure with minimum supervision.
- Excellent computer skills with proficiency in MS Word and Excel.
