NOR MANAGER
OVERALL PURPOSE OF JOB
- To assist the Head of Credit to build a quality lending portfolio by evaluating the credit facilities submitted for approval by the branch network.
- Ensure credit disbursement are carried out adhering to regulatory requirements and internal credit controls.
- Assist in the recovery and the legal action of the customers assigned by the Head of Credit Carry out Post Credit Monitoring of the facilities granted.
THE CANDIDATE PROFILE
- Minimum five years of experience out of which 03 years in Credit or similar role.
- Full or part professional qualification in Banking from a recognized professional body.
- Degree or a professional qualification in Credit Management would be an added advantage.
- Strong analytical, investigation and interpersonal skills.
Professionalism, dependability, integrity, trustworthiness and a collaborative mindset.
Attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
Excellent communication & written skills (Tamil language proficiency will be an added advantage).
Proficiency in MS office package (Excel proficiency will be an advantage)
Age Limit: Less than 40 years
Salary is negotiable according to skills and experience
