JOB PROFILE
Selected candidate will play a pivotal role in planning, implementing, and evaluating the company's CSR projects and initiatives. S/he will collaborate closely with internal teams, external partners, and community stakeholders to drive projects in select locations and maximize the impact of CSR efforts. Additionally, this role will be responsible for managing and overseeing the implementation of CSR projects, obtaining regulatory approvals, selecting service providers, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and managing performance metrices. This role necessitates strong project management skills, expertise in stakeholder engagement, and a sincere commitment to corporate social responsibility.
PERSONAL PROFILE
- Bachelor's degree in business, sustainability, social sciences, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in CSR project management, or related fields
Strong understanding of CSR principles, sustainable development goals, and corporate citizenship practices
Proven track record of managing and supervising complex projects, especially in rural areas
Exposure to engaging stakeholders and government authorities and delivering impactful results
