Your Job Role,
INBOUND TOUR COORDINATORS,
Tour itinerary preparation and costing.
Handling B2B and B2C tour arrangements.
Handling of hotel contracts.
Manage relationships with transportation services, local guides,
and activity providers.
Preparation of monthly reports.
Uploading itineraries and promo ads to our
social media platforms.
Requirements,
Basic knowledge of inbound tourism.
One year experience in the field of travel and tourism.
Proficiency in English and Sinhala with excellent communication skills.
Self-motivated and passionate about tourism.
Sound knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Education related to the travel and tourism field would be an advantage (including the understanding of languages such as Hindi, Arabic, Russian, German, Etc.)
