Team Lead - Night Shift
We are looking for a dynamic professional to join our company. As an enabler, the purpose of the role is to support the team through leading by example, motivating and enhancing the team members to achieve their potential and fulfilling operational requirements.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Forecast, plan and distribute projects to the production team.
- Assist the team with reporting requirements and business cases.
- Maintain production and accuracy as defined by the Client/Management
- Attend and respond to internal and external queries.
- Monitor and maintain KPI's.
- Liaise between client, Management and Operations teamApply best practices to improve existing processes.
KEY SKILLS/QUALIFICATION REQUIRED
- Experience working for Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management experience Minimum 2 years as TL in AR Collections & Account management or Client services
Equal capacity in other BPO sectors (international Clientele only)
Sound education background
(Bachelor's degree in business management/ administration) or equal qualifications
- Exceptional communication (English) skills both written and oral
- High proficiency in Microsoft Products, especially in MS Excel, MS Word and MS Outlook
- Ability to create or modify Standard Operating Procedures
- Ability to meet deadlines
- Willing to work in the night shift and extra hours (if required)
- Age below 30 years
