RPA Tech Lead / Senior Developer (Straddle/ Night Shift)

Education: A bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, engineering, or a related field is typically required. Advanced degrees or certifications in automation technologies can be advantageous.
Experience: 3-5 Years experience in RPA development and implementation, with a proven track record of successfully delivering automation projects. Experience with leading RPA tool UiPath.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, C#, or Java, as well as experience with scripting languages like PowerShell or VBScript. Strong understanding of RPA concepts, workflow automation, and integration techniques.
Problem-Solving Abilities: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to understand complex business processes and translate them into automated solutions.
Communication and Collaboration: Effective communication skills to interact with stakeholders, gather requirements, and explain technical concepts in a clear and concise manner. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and provide guidance to junior team members.
Certifications: Relevant certifications in RPA technologies, such as UiPath Certified RPA Developer/Advance Developer.

Design and Development: Designing RPA solutions by understanding business processes, identifying automation opportunities, and developing automation workflows using RPA tool UiPath.
Implementation: Deploying RPA bots into production environments, configuring bots to interact with various systems and applications, and ensuring seamless integration with existing IT infrastructure.
Testing and Debugging: Conducting thorough testing of RPA solutions to identify and resolve any issues or errors, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and reliability of automation processes.
Maintenance and Support: Providing ongoing maintenance and support for deployed RPA solutions, monitoring bot performance, troubleshooting issues, and implementing necessary updates or enhancements.
Documentation and Training: Documenting RPA workflows, configurations, and best practices for knowledge sharing and future reference. Providing training and support to other team members or end-users on RPA technologies and processes.
