Palm Foundation is a well-established Community Development Organization, seeks to recruit a potential candidate for the following position for the ongoing child and women protection program.
Field coordinator - Participatory child and women protection project.
Project area: Kothmale and Walapane regions
Project Description: Four years project, focusing on child and women rights protection and economic empowerment of vulnerable communities funded by PADEM Luxembourg.
Requirements:-
- Degree/diploma or equivalent Academic Qualification related to the job scope.
- Experience in implementing child and women protection socio-economic development projects
- Exposure in gender equality promotion concept and community development projects
- Social mobilization knowledge and Skills.
Ability to liaise with multi stakeholders
Basic computer Literacy
Fluent in Tamil and verbal communication skills in Sinhala/English languages
