Responsible for overall restaurant operation, as well as maintain high productivity, quality and customer-service standards. Supervise human resources to retain, motivate and train staff.
Supervising, directing and coordinating all servers' tasks. Monitoring work to ensure that staff meet the highest quality standards with emphasis on customer relations.
Possess excellent knowledge on alcoholic beverages. Create classic and innovative drinks. Interacting with customers, taking orders and serving. Pleasant personality.
Requirements: Proficient computer skills. Motivation and good work habits. Be able to communicate effectively and possess the right attitude. Ability to work long hours.
