BARTENDER
Job Role and Responsibilities:
- Extend a warm and professional welcome to guests, ensuring their needs are promptly addressed.
- Take meticulous drink orders, attentively noting preferences and special requests.
- Execute the preparation, service of beverages with precision and efficiency, adhering strictly to established recipes and standards.
- Uphold impeccable standards of cleanliness and organization within the bar area, proactively restocking supplies as required.
- Cultivate meaningful interactions with guests, offering expert recommendations and fostering a hospitable ambiance.
- Conduct cash transactions with integrity and accuracy, maintaining compliance with financial protocols and regulations.
Qualifications and Competencies required:
- Minimum 2 years work experience as a Bartender/Barman or in a similar customer service role is required.
- Fluent in the English language is a must.
- Fluent in the Japanese language will be an advantage.
- Must maintain a neat and well-groomed appearance and high personal hygiene standards.
- Ability to handle stressful situations and resolve conflicts calmly and efficiently.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Ability to work well in a team environment.
