Supply Planner - Fresh Produce (Executive level)
What you need to do
- Ensure optimum order volume allocations across collection centers and third-party vendors.
- Ordering and forecasting.
- Maintain department fill rates as per company standards.
- Collaborate with field teams and demand planners for short and long-term sourcing planning and strategy.
- Seasonal volume and sourcing planning.
- Handle the supplier base and its expansion.
- Introduce new ways of reviewing supply chain analytics and reporting to enhance team dynamics.
- Monitor the procurement model, supporting the entire program and relevant stakeholders.
- Work on mini projects for system development and automation.
- Track critical path deadlines and align with the team to meet deadlines.
What we are looking for
- A Degree from a recognized university, ideally with a Supply Chain/ Logistics/ Planning/Operation Management/ Business Management background.
- Minimum 1 to 2 years' work experience.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Take the initiative and work on system-related projects.
- Excellent analytical skills.
- Sound knowledge of MS Office applications (MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint and Power BI).
