PROJECT MANAGER (INTERNATIONAL TELE CALLING)

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Conduct Secondary research, collect contact - details from the target market

Conduct outbound calls to international B2B - prospects and promote products/services to generate sales leads

Understand client needs and offer appropriate - solutions

Maintain sales records, customer information - in CRM system accurately

Collaborate with the international sales team - to develop and initiate new strategies

CANDIDATE PROFILE

Minimum 2 years of International Sales, Customer Service, or Tele Calling experience is mandatory

- Must have undergone International Voice / Tone and Accent training in the past

- Fluency in English language (both verbal & written)

- Proficiency in using CRM systems and other sales tools

- Willingness and flexibility to work and accommodate international time zones
