PROJECT MANAGER (INTERNATIONAL TELE CALLING)

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Conduct Secondary research, collect contact details from the target market
  • Conduct outbound calls to international B2B prospects and promote products/services to generate sales leads
  • Understand client needs and offer appropriate solutions
  • Maintain sales records, customer information in CRM system accurately
  • Collaborate with the international sales team to develop and initiate new strategies

CANDIDATE PROFILE

  • Minimum 2 years of International Sales, Customer Service, or Tele Calling experience is mandatory
  • Must have undergone International Voice / Tone and Accent training in the past
  • Fluency in English language (both verbal & written)
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems and other sales tools
  • Willingness and flexibility to work and accommodate international time zones
