PROJECT MANAGER (INTERNATIONAL TELE CALLING)
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Conduct Secondary research, collect contact details from the target market
- Conduct outbound calls to international B2B prospects and promote products/services to generate sales leads
- Understand client needs and offer appropriate solutions
- Maintain sales records, customer information in CRM system accurately
- Collaborate with the international sales team to develop and initiate new strategies
CANDIDATE PROFILE
- Minimum 2 years of International Sales, Customer Service, or Tele Calling experience is mandatory
- Must have undergone International Voice / Tone and Accent training in the past
- Fluency in English language (both verbal & written)
- Proficiency in using CRM systems and other sales tools
- Willingness and flexibility to work and accommodate international time zones
