KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Conduct Secondary research, collect contact details from the target market
Conduct outbound calls to international B2B prospects and promote products/services to generate sales leads
Understand client needs and offer appropriate solutions
Maintain sales records, customer information in CRM system accurately
Collaborate with the international sales team to develop and initiate new strategies

CANDIDATE PROFILE

Minimum 2 years of International Sales, Customer Service, or Tele Calling experience is mandatory
Must have undergone International Voice / Tone and Accent training in the past
Fluency in English language (both verbal & written)
Proficiency in using CRM systems and other sales tools
Willingness and flexibility to work and accommodate international time zones
