Our client imports and markets world famous and leading pet food brands in Sri Lanka. We are looking for a dynamic, passionate individual with great leadership traits to manage and grow the prestigious Pet Food Channel in Sri Lanka
CANDIDATE PROFILE
- More than 10 years of experience in Sales / 2 Years at management level
- Experience in the Pet Food Channel or pharmaceutical marketing is an advantage
- Knowledge of Pet Food marketing would be an added advantage
Age below 45
Qualified in GCE A/L (Science background preferred)
- Driving License is a must
- Technology savvy and usage of email & MS office (PP/Word/Excel)
- Degree or a Diploma in a relevant field will be advantages
- Relationships with Pet Food Channel Customers (Vets/Pharmacies/Pet shops)
- Ability to develop and maintain strategic relationships with KOLs
- Proven track record in Marketing/Sales/Promotion
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Achievement of Sales Targets within the channel
- Maintain a great relationship with breeders, veterinarians and pet shops
- Stock & inventory management without overstocking or shortages
- Increase visibility and availability through marketing and promotional activities
- Distributor and Trade Stock management
- Impart product benefits to the Vets, Breeders and individual clients
- Secure sponsorships and participation in key industry events
- Key competition and pricing index update
