Junior Executive - Systems Support
Job Profile
Providing support for Enterprise Business Applications and Systems.
- Engage with Service Desk Operation, Service calls and end user support requests are duly logged and followed up.
Establishing the root causes of application errors and escalating to application software vendor support through the IT Service Desk.
Carrying out Change Request preparations.
Coordinating with business units to gather requirements and assist superiors to implement such enhanced solutions.
Person's Profile
- A bachelor's degree or Diploma in computer science or similar, or equivalent qualifications.
- Should have a minimum of 01 year of working experience in a similar role and business capacity.
- Sound knowledge of the front end and back-end programming languages (ASP.NET)
- Sound knowledge in SQL Database administration and performance monitoring Age below 30 years.
