Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate with Line Heads to identify staffing needs and candidate selection criteria.
- Finalize job descriptions and candidate specifications required for new sourcing requirements.
- Source applicants through online channels such as LinkedIn, Social Media, job portals and other professional networks.
- Shortlist candidates and managing the selection process.
- Build a strong candidate pipeline through employee referrals, job portals, job fairs, and other hiring events.
- Maintain all records and databases related to recruitment and submit sourcing reports on time to respective stakeholders.
Key Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent professional qualification in the field of Human Resource Management.
- A minimum of 3 years' recruitment experience (sourcing and selection)Experience in applicant tracking systems is preferableStrong interpersonal skills and communication skills.
- Attention to detail and work with minimum supervision.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
